Swastika Semolina Suji 350Gm

Itahari-13, Khanar, Sunsari (Nepal) Regd. 271336/078/079\r\n\r\nDFTQC NO.02-06-80-07-1600\r\n\r\nRECIPE FOR SUJI UPMAA\r\n\r\nServing: 2 Persons\r\n\r\nIngredients: 1 cup Swastika Suji, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds,\r\n\r\n3, tablespoons oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons channa dal, 1 teaspoon Urad Dal, 2 onions, peeled, washed and finely chopped 1 tablespoon green chilli, chopped, 2 Inches fresh ginger, washed and finely chopped, 1 tablespoon cumin seed, 8-10 curry leaves, 1 medium size carrot, diced, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, 2 cups water, 2-3 tablespoons grated coconut, to granish (optional).\r\n\r\nDirection: Put oil in a work and heat for a minute. Add musturd seeds, channa dal, Urad dal and onion. Add Swastika Suji, remaining ingredients, expect coconut, and mix well.\r\n\r\nCook on medium heat for 15 minutes.\r\n\r\nIMPORTANT INSTRUCTION :\r\n\r\nAlways store the pack in a cool dry place. Never place it in direct sunlight. Once the pack is opened transfer the Suji into an air-tight container.
