Returns & Refunds

1. Overview
At , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Due to the perishable nature of many grocery items, our refund and return window is strictly limited.
2. Perishable Goods
For food safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, meat, dairy) once they have left the store or been accepted at delivery. If a perishable item is spoiled or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with a photograph of the issue, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Perishable Goods
Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears used or tampered with.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to our support with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Cash orders will be handled via store credit or in-store refund.
5. Delivery & Service Fees
Please note that delivery fees and service charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was entirely on our end. If an entire order is cancelled before fulfillment, we will refund the full amount including fees.
