1. Delivery Zones

We currently do not offer delivery at this time. Delivery availability and fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact address.

2. Delivery Timeframes

All delivery estimates are provided dynamically at checkout. While we strive to ensure orders arrive within the specified window, external factors such as traffic, weather, or high courier demand may cause slight delays. You can track your order status in real-time if a supported courier is used.

3. Free Delivery & Promotions

From time to time, may offer delivery subsidies or free deliveries for first-time orders. If eligible, these promotions are applied automatically during checkout and are visible in your order summary. Subsidies apply only to the base delivery fee and do not cover extra service or tip charges.

4. Pick-up Options

If you prefer not to pay for delivery, you can select the "Store Pickup" method at checkout. Your order will be packed and ready for you at (our physical location). Please wait for the notification stating your order is ready before arriving.

5. Failed Deliveries

If our courier partner cannot safely drop off an order (e.g., incorrect address, restricted gate access without a code, alcoholic products requiring ID), the order may be returned to the store or cancelled. In these specific cases, a cancellation or restocking fee may apply.
